But I'm not totally happy with it :(
I don't know if the borde is okay, and the biggest problem is....the text!
What kind of text looks good in this sig? Pleaz tell me and I will look

oh whoa my bad. stupid browser > _ < thats awesome! umm, yea im not really liking the border. as for text. . .hmmm prolly a more techy-font? try planet kosmos. . .yea thats a real toughy :-(

umm that looks decent actually. for the order. . .first take off that horrendous drop shadow, sorry it makes it wayyy to blocky with is just what your tryin to get away from with a custom border. you see what i mean?like on the bottom side especially, the shadow ends EXACLTY where the sig ends, me no likee. also, try deviating a little more on the outside edges, a little too plain in some parts. . .i do like the text tho, keep it up!
I changed him a bit.

Ok it's better now , make the text a little smaller. MOve it to the left more ( but not on the border ) and get abetter render. Something that is actually doing something.. instead of standing there . Nice bg though, cool style ^.^
