I <3 Blastoise. Buuuut did you lower his opacity? bc he doesn't really stand out as much as the rest of the right side, although good job simulating an underwater theme with the ripple effect!

yes i believe it is wave filter, and the blastories is not visible enough else i like this sig a lot, its very simple but it looks okay:p Ps. I have said this before make your canvas a ´bit bigger and wider. i think they are to tiny
Actually it might not be a wave filter. He could of use liquify. Either way i like it. All he needs is the blastoise to stick out more and it'd be a good sig. GJ.
