Look for tutorials on Window Blinds. You can't make acutal WniXP themes - you need to use a 3rd party client.
ah i suck at ps so i'd h8 to even think about wat ide be like with 3d software :blink: :huh:
Acutally you can make a windows theme in windows :P

SkinStudio is the best thing to do. Get WindowBlinds and then get SkinStudio and make your own theme that way.
People....you do not need a third party software to make a windows theme. But if u want to make a cool one...you do :P
