Hey, I'm Still kind of a noob and photoshop and I was wondering how I can import some new brushes to follow one of the tutorials. I'm using CS3 btw, thanks for your help :).
download the brushes
put them in your brushes folder (photoshop> presets > brushes)
open photoshop, select the brush tool, click the drop down menu where you select your brush
click the arrow to the right of the brush size
load brushes, select the brushes to load
at least that's how it works for cs/cs2. i just assume it works the same for cs3
