In the first one i dont like the text at all to big and clumsy. and the bg isnt that exciting, you smugded alot with the leadbrush easy to see.

In the second one there is lack of blending and the liqufied stuff doesent look good.

dude, thats really nice now. Only other suggestion I'd have is to get the 'Galactus' text colors back to v1's, just without the bevel. You should make a tutorial for this; really good work!
