that looks like some red and black grunge brushes.

yea there is a few blood brushes on deviant art that you could use. Wont get the same effect as doing it on your own but just an idea.

I wouldnt recomend blood brushes. The tend to be like splatter brushes and in this case the blood is more thin and everywhere instead of spalttered around.

I'd say go with henry's grunge brushes.
