well to be honest no it doesnt look like a real vectr:) i have seen a tons of tut like this too hehe :p
it looks more painted than vectorized to me, still cool though
if that looks like any type of vector, it's a flash vector. and barely that, sorry. what it looks like is the cutout filter overlayed with a gaussian blur of the pic. which, tecnically, would make it a fake vexel.
^yeah, it doesn't seem like you put much thought into it
hence why its fake lol
