Hmm, i thin that the "tentacle" like devices in your top sig look look "too digital" compared to the overall cartoon genre of the sig itself. Perhaps you should think about making them more cartoony?
I have no complaints about the other one :D

The first one looks great...
I love the c4d effect on the right and the text is also awesome ;)
Only fault IMO is that the c4d/"digital line" on the left over laps the render slightly...
That I don't like...

One fault: the c4d effect next to the text is over blurred.
I can see you tryed to give it more depth y doing that, but blurring it that much makes it aweful :(....
Overall, great work! Better than the last one, can see signs of improvment... WTG :)
I dont like the no blended c4d render at all sorry but the bg is kinda nice. Did you use your city tut there??
The symbiote spiderman looks very good. It looks nice with all that web in in the bg and his niced blended. The text looks good to nice job
