would anyone like me to make a tut on how to make a text like the one above???

Its just bevel with an outer glow.
It doesn't look very nice though IMO.

well im talkin bout the back ground affect with it

well not BG the tihng behind text well actually u know what forget it

i think u mean the blur or smudging, i cant tell what it is.
