Nagato Yuki - Signature and Avatar

I'm missing something - It doesn't feel finished. Please critique it and come with suggestions of what could be added. I didn't realize the look of the signature I was aiming for until a couple of hours ago.

Her face is to bright, text needs work. There isnt really any bg , make that more interesting. Keep up the work, try out some of our tutorials.
