Stop goin crazy with the smudge tool...
I lil more composition would go well IMO...
I like the WireFrame C4D in the bg, but erase some from his face ffs...
Texts needs more work too...
Both sides are a bit messed too IMO

I like it. Just take the two lines of his face, and i'd put the text layer behind him to make it more appealing. I like v1 the best. Nice job on this one.
