If there was more contrast between light and dark, which in turn would add more black, would make it much more interesting. Have you tried messing around with Adjustment Layer -> Curves? It pretty much takes care of your contrast needs.

What is this? Some sort of nature series?
Again, I think its a bit too bright...
Nice to see you added lighting but because everything else is bright, it just looks like a white dot :p
Text is ok. Try not to brighten everything up. Use the burn tool a bit. The bg also seems kinda blurry....
Overall, I like it, but try to improve.
