Well! thanks anyways, but I think I figured it out on my own. If I have any more questions I'll look elsewhere.

Don't know if your going to read this but hey i'll tell you anyway :)
In photoshop you can use the slice tool to slice your website design (Pretty obviuos eh?)
Then when you have finished slicing if you go File>Save for Web or press Alt+Shift+Ctrl+S either way works fine.
When you have done this you will get a window pop-up where you can select what image file you want to save it as (JPG, GIF etc) and the quality of the images. My advice is dont go too low or the slices will become pixelated, 80-100 is fine.
Then click save.
Then you will get a save window pop-up asking where you want to save it. Click on the folder you want to save it in or make a new folder.
At the bottom of this window you will see there is a box called 'Save as type:'. Have this set to 'HTML and Images'
Name it what you want and click save.
Then go to the folder you saved the files to. You will see the HTML file and a folder called 'Images' with the images in :)
Now all you have to do is edit the HTML document in Dreamweaver or Notepad.
Hope this helps :)

Sometimes it's best to just give your psd to specialized professionals who can write html & css and just forget all the coding trouble. From my personal experience the best code results on psd to html conversion come from convertpsd2html.com.
They give out fully commented code, SEO friendly and W3C valid.
