I really like it, the colors flow greatly.

If it was me I would set the inner shadow's size on the LOGIN and stuff to 0 and lower the opacity on it some.

Other than that, its perfect

the little penguin looks familiar, dunno where ive seen it before...n e ways I love the design of the buttons and login area. awesome
