It's alright, but the smuding and motion blurs are a bit too apparent. I like the background though. Work on blending the render more "naturally" i guess the word would be so as to make it fit in the background. Try not to make the techniques so obvious. Also the text is alright but could be better. I'd use a font that doesn't space the letters too far apart and i'd lighten the text color just a bit more. Just my opinions. Again nice background.

Again i must agree well on the blend part just try to get some effects to blend him in and carefully use a soft eraser

yh, agree with Daemon and Scar...
Colours and depth also need work...
Effects seem slightly obvious...
Read up some tuts and you'll be good in no time ;)
