Overall it has a pretty good feel to it, but try to improve on the effects on the right coz the lighting seems a little too bright imo. Try a more subtle lighting approach.
I think there is too much stuff on the left =/ Kinda keeps me from watching the focal. And the right is also to bright.
Ok, I'll try to fix the lighting.
The lightning is kinda BIG, And as silent said the bg is very busy makes the eyes go on to bg and back to render so on all the time
