Beter! It's nice to see you took the CnC from your other sigs and used em when creating this one.

The bg is better but looks pretty blurry, maybe sharpen a couple parts of it after adding a c4d or brushing some speckles in. The blending on this is pretty good as well but again looks a little bit blurry. Next time try adding more to the bg and having the bg less blurry.

Not bad text either but it's a bit big, nice job overall your making improvements.

You should try one of those tut's though, it might give you some useful techniques to use on your sigs.

good imrpovements, just like the other people said upthere, its way too blurry, um the scatter smudging you used doesnt quite work and the text actually draws me in more than anything because it is so pop out there, not well enough blended and too sharpened
