Had a photo session with a friend of mine, Ida, today. The main shot (the planned one) is the second one. The first one is more just a portrait, nothing special.
2. This is for a big school project which I will tell you more about later on. I wanted to have a portrait telling a story and giving a feeling at the same time. I really hope you like it because I do. ;] http://img525.imageshack.us/img525/5...01loborda2.jpg

Hum... on the second. I think if the photo was reversed, the focus and lighting being on the other eye, it would be much more dramatic.

Both eyes are focused and I like the lighting as it is, thank you.

Well you could at least follow a forum's golden rule and comment on the other things. Like how the model is doing. This is one out of 127 photos, the expression was extremely hard and we totally ruined her eyes. I worked really hard for this one and you just gave it the finger, kinda. And yes I know it's your opinion but this is exactly how I wanted it to be.

Im sorry, that I didn't say it was good, I DIDNT mean that it wasn't good.
It's amazing, it's just that your photography has become so good, I have to "nit-pick" and actually give hardcore exactly what i think.
Know what I mean?
Sorry it was taken the wrong way.

I feel the opposite way really Sam, I think the lighting is nice - althought still shown, the tears are kind of "hidden" if you like - the eye is drawn to her right eye which although still shows emotion, is not as strong.
Yeah, I like the way it, as you wanted it to, tells a story.
The first potrait, I just dont like, to put it bluntly. I think its just the lighting that kinda puts me off with her eye in so much shadow.
Still a good picture, but nothing great to comment on, if you understand :)

Alright, thanks for the comments. I made a few changes, cheated a little with the tears. I think it got a little bit better!

I like the first one quite a bit. The second picture is a little bit awkard feeling. I think it's because he face is so much more red than the other photo, proabably because you did quite a few shots with the tears. :)
I like em both i just don't like how red her face is in the second. The first is awesome though.
