I'd still stick with a text that takes up some of the right part. Theres too much free space with that text on there. I like the sig, I'd just maybe go with a blue color since mega man, the last I saw was blue :P

i dont think its your BEST work, but I do like it.
You're right about the text, something looks off.

All in all I like it, maybe use the colour suggestion, blue would fit the theme better.
Good job though.
