Pretty good, I like the effects in the background and everything seems to blend nicely. It looks like there may be a small white border...I would make it darker, to give it contrast against the web page.
Well there is one main thing you did wrong and thats the light source. it looks foggy and it comes from the wrong site of the guy.
all i see is a red x
