ImageReady help

i cant get the rollover pallette to appear - i saw on a website to go windows>rollover but the rollover option isnt there - whats happened?

(i saw it there another time when i was animating)

If i remember correctly just cut the area, right-click on its cut/layer thing then click rollover...
