hmm. Cool bg i like the depth kinda explosion feeling but i still have a few critiques. The coloring on this one is off. Try using more gradient maps or something to get the coloring less green or maybe less red and more green? it's just kind of in an awkward halfway spot... I would try adding more contrast as well.
Last but not least change the text,spiderman text? looks like it, try working with the defaults.

Do those 3 things you'll have a solid sig. If you need some help with the coloring you can aim me or msn me.

I love what you did with the guitar, but the smudging is aweful IMO...
Othe than that, the bg looks good. His face a bit bright though.
