The cornfield is a very good shot! Very nice composition and colors. The first one is also pretty good, nice colors and mood, but if I were you I would have positioned myself more to the right and zoomed in so that you get like one million chair legs in there. But the feel in the picture is good, looks almost like there are no people around at all, an abandoned place.
yeah the corn one owns cant say much else about it, first one though feels dull to me not sure why.
I really like the cornfield shot alot. Just something that attrackts me

@ rabies thanks a ton! This weekend I'm going back to Excelsior to take a portrait of a freind for photography class. Maybe I'll try that getting more of the legs. :)
