it looks like you just slapped on a render at the end w/o really doing anything
i bg looks ok, except im not a fan of the noise style
text is ok, imo the defaults are the best
Well the bg is very busy but like lordemir said it lokos just like you slammed the render on it. You need to work on your blending and also text and a light source. Perhaps you can use some adjustments layers:) try not just to put the text in the corners :)
