I was going through some old photos. Stumbled upon this one and I thought I'd see what I could do with it. I pretty much maxed this one out, I hope I didn't overdo anything hehe. :P Just did some experimenting with DOF, eye reflections and B&W.
So, from here on in, i'm giving you ALL of my pictures to edit. haha.
My only issue is the bright streak across the nose. It looks inconsistent with the rest of the lighting on your face.

Ah yes maybe you are right. Didn't think of that! It's like that in the original too, but of course not as contrasted as in this one. Thanks for the comment. :)

Yeah, having a flash so close to your face would cause that streak. That's what I hate about flashes! Which is why i'm going to look at lamps today, woo!

This is not flash though. Behind me is a big window and he's facing towards it. Hmm.. You're gonna buy continuous light? I strongly recommend flashes before continuous light. Flashes don't get as warm and doesn't need as much power. The model will probably sweat to death if you use lights like that. Just a tip!

I'm looking into continuous light. I've worked with continuous light before, as a model. I'm obviously gunna look at flashes too, I use a Nikon D80 so the SB600 slave option is awesome.
