I've been wanting to know something about gifs. Why does anything with a blended curve or shadow come out 2d when it's saved as gif. Like her hair for example. Any other formats you can save like gif?

why save it as a gif?
i always save as png.. unless its an animation which that is not
anyway, back on subject, its very bright, the bg is plain and boring - 6.4/10
try getting a better render and making the bg more interesting by using more brughes - abstract would look good if you did use that render
this is nothing compared to your other sigs... this princess anime girl does not fit on that half tech bg, it's also a bit colourless.. i don't really know how to explain becouse i'm from sweden, but the colours are a bit too lightern
*edit* i noticed that blue did write "its very bright" and that was the word i was looking for :D
i hope that you did understand me :P
I did this for just the pop out character, not background. I did this for 2 reasons, 1 I don't have my computer so I working on the school computers. 2nd the school only has 6.0 and my brushes for 7.0 don't work on 6.0 so I not really making abstract or techbackgrounds. What I am doing now is to learn more styles so when I get my computer I can make a good one. I needed help though on this for this is my first and I've been having some odd things happen with gifs and wanted to know what I could do. I will try .png
Thanks for comments(when I get my computer I will change :) )
