Well it looks like a bg:) the text stands out to much, if you removed the c4d then i could see a kewl signature work on bg.

Sorry, but you can clearly tell that he didn't make the original background. Probably picked it off someone and Paintshop Pro-ed the text in. Sorry, just my opinion.

Theres a white dot on the left side before it turns black, it stands out quite a bit.
Can't read the text and don't like the outer stroke on it. I think more could be done with the text on this.
More colours maybe too?
Apart from that it's not bad.

I actually quite like this. The left side is too dark though. Text is.. horrible though..
