Not bad but a couple Crits.

One i don't like the pixelated things over his gas mask at all. Its too close to his face and is really distracting.

It's also a bit mono. Maybe change the color a bit?
Text isn't bad.
I'd like to see more in the BG besides those pentagon things. Maybe even make the opactiy on them lighter? they are pretty distracting. Try to add more effects around the render.
Finally add a light source. The spot you make black around him doesn't make sense at all because the top of his hair is lighter so the lighting is off/absent. Add some lighting to the upper left.

Nice job though getting a lot better.
