its good i like it...but the right side of it looks a bit...bland...i dunno maybe its just me :P
i think you need to lower the contrast/saturation and maybe make it a bit lighter..
you have ps in school? *i envy you* the only decent design software we have is flash mx studio
it looks too. . .blue to me, make it a little lighter like DB's, i mean his name is deep blue and hes not even using that deep of a blue :P

feels incomplete to me. BG not exciting enough to make it a stand alone sig.
I think the sig is too dark, and maybe the color is too strong too, not sure. I think you should make some ligher spots and not just black and blue. maybe a little more details, those sparkles or stars doesn't look that good :/
