It needs some kind of background, try some of GFXVoids good background tutorials also needs some kind of text effect. Try the text effect called Warped Text, i think it will look good.
Thanks! I will do that, as i said thought, i am mew to photoshop and i think it will take me a while to adapt, but hopefully i will get the hang of it soon.
Thanks again dude!

P.S. Do you think i should use it as my siggy for now?
As long as you have a signature, keep it on for now, then improve it, this will show your improving.
I also think that you should put a border around it and add some effect to the text. :P The render is good and looks nice (it seems like the lizard stares at the text :D ) Very good for a biginner! :)
(Note: I'm a beginner too! :P )
Thanks! I didn't realise that the lizard looked like he was looking at the text, i was just trying to see how good / bad a sig i could make now, but I am going to do some tutorials and try and learn how to make it more appealing! :D

double post...
anyways...I laughed the first time I saw it (because of the gecko) I think its good..never seen that bg before..but its ok..You might want to make the text blend in more..make it black or silver or something like that...if you added some color it would look pretty ace..try using multicolor techniques like this one. You can also blend the render in using this.
PS: Don't get addicted to tutorials..they show nothing unless you actually made the tutorial..otherwise your using someone elses thoughts..
Thanks, I didnt actually use any tutorials for that particular siggy, but I will use some tutorials to learn new tricks and techniques. Thanks for the comment and the links! :-)
