Haha! Nice sig! Joost you should curent this buddy. Its very good. You improved really really quickly.
The BG opn the left looks awesome and makes me feel like he is under water or something. The bg on the right is cool too.
However i do think you should change 2 things. LIghten the opacity on the motion blur. If its on 100% right now I'd switch it to like 65-70%. It'll make it less noticable.
Also the text, it's good you are using defaults, however don't use outer glow. Or any blending options for that matter. It will significantly increase your text.
Did you use any clipping masks like I showed you how to do on MSN? I can't tell. If you did you are very good at them.
Keep making sigs. Your improvements from your last gray sig to this sig is paramount.
It think it looks goodm however the motion is really killing it for me i wold erase it over the render and then lower the opacity a bit. Also try to blend the illidan a bit better just use a soft eraser and then just some egdes away. And then add a black border. Keep on practise, and ile see you making some really nice sigs in no time
