I like it man, but I think there might be too much empty space on the left hand side of the sig.
Was the Bat signal part of the render?
Maybe you could move that down some.
I like this one everything seems to go together really well. Only thing really as studhorse said is the empty space to the left. And yes move the bat signal down a bit if possible. I like the text nice work on this one
