It's a good start, but it's really lacking ... a lot.. :D
Design wise I wanted something simple, but not the usual fixed rectangle in the center of the page, but didn't want something fancy to stand out when I display my art. And there is no content yet, because that is just the layout and I haven't even started adding in all the content.
I actually like the simplicity of it think it works well and as you said when you add content it will look alot better :). Im all for simple web layouts ^_^.Only gripe really is i think Black white and colourful text shud have a bit more space between the letters not too much just enough so the letters dont run into each other. Nice work
