I like the colouring..
one thing that really kills this sig is the text. Odd colors and outer glow?
don't!

I'd remove the big "LEGO WARS" with the lowered opacity and the crosshair.

If that is bevel and emboss... (IMO) read a text-tutorial :/

lol. I have absolutely not used B&E on the text. and there is no glow either. I blurred the crosshair. It is just plain jane text

kay, sry.
noticed that now, theres no outer glow, looked like that at where it says "lego" because of the bg :P

and the crosshairblur, remove it imo ;)
