Sorry nobody has given you a good crit yet, I know it can be frustrating. However believe me there are members who will do thorough ones :)
The sig:
The first thing i notice is the contrasting colors. Green red yellow. Green and yellow go together, same with green and red, but when all three colors are together it's kind of an odd feeling. I would try to blend the colors together more by adding some gradient maps on light opacities as well as using some color balances and photo filters.
You'll find after a few your colors won't contrast as much. :)
The text is pretty good, I'm very glad to see your using semi-normal text and small text for that matter. Some peoples first instinct is to use downloaded fonts, but actually you want to use default fonts like arial and eras demi, etc.
Keep your fonts small it will help you to not distract away form the render.
You might wanna change the clipping mask on your text. It's cool and all however it doesn't blend in with the green at all, so maybe make it a shade of green?
The blending. I can see your trying really hard with the bledning, and your SO close!
You did a great job with his right arm and also his abdominal area. However you should remember to blend the shoulder and head as well.
The BG is pretty good however all the different colored lines are really distracting.
Get rid of a few of them and then change their colors to orange red or yellow or something. Maybe even green. Just try to make them blend more.
Scan lines/tech brushes - I can't tell which they are but i can see em pretty well at the bottom and on the right edge. Either way they are kind of distracting and don't blend very well. It's fine to have some scanlines, but only have a very small number (the amount you have now is perfect). I wouldn't do any more scanlines though.
Keep working on it, you have some very quality elements going :)
same. I was gonna say that, but then i saw papa already did ^^Quote:

If you still want those 3 colors, maybe add a b&w gradientmap and lower the opacity and maybe use another blending than 'normal'
