well, not as good as some other you've made.. the suit is a bit oversharpened and the background is just so flat. maybe shange the text, too :P
Yea, text needs work and BG is kinda boring.
Well it seems kinda flat you need some depth and some blending in the sig, also the colors seems very monotone in this one.
