can't really tell what it is. a little to dark.
But i like the effects, text is decent but needs some work.

render is unclear...but i like the initial idea..

It's a tad hard to tell what everything is. Brighten up the sig a bit and it'll be easier to see whats happening

The text is pretty odd. try and stray away from the stroke. ALso make the text like 1 -2 px smaller and it'd be perefect text.

FInally Like BT said too much ocean ripple. Get rid of some of it so we can see more detail.
