Well, the thing I notice first of all is the really squished render..
Text is a little too eyecatching, too and bg is kind of boring..

Agreed, The render is very thin, his head kinda looks like a stick lol. Next time when your resizing it Hold down shift.

The BG is okay but i think it could use some more effects around him. Also i think you should blend him in a bit more, whether it be with some of those effects smudging or anything. Right now the sig is very smooth it just needs to have some adjustments. :)

i likte the colors and how it is now... this text is much better than previous. but lower opacity a bit.
and as the other said, make som more to it.
