I personally like the first one more, and I think it would fit in more.
I like the second one. I don't really have a good reason why. Maybe 'cause the first one looks a little too pixelly.
I like the second, it looks a lot more proffessional and seems to fit together better. Both of them are good though ... the second just has that extra flare.
