To much going on, the text is almost the main focal point, try and use one render.
I would say make the text smaller so it doesnt take away from the renders
Try useing one render it gives you a set focal point instead of having the eyes go everywhere
but for still learning its not bad, just keep on working

Yeah i agree the blending and lighting is very good though
well it defiantely isnt bad, atleast you have lighting, although the purple makes it monotone, and the text is too large. one thing that i pulled off trying to add the logo was make it white or dark, and lower the opacity so you can only slightly see it almost as if it were in the background. also use only one stock. your blenind is pretty decent though.

You should have gone with a different font for the text on the far left. other than that its good.
