doesnt look bad I like the lightening, just the bg is very boring IMO

just take the scan lines out.
The flow seems off, you have like 3 different directions going on, one going upward, one at an angle to the right and left, there not completely off but its a wide range in directional flow. The render is going upward so i can understand the movement going up and going up to the right and left side, the only problem i am trying to get at is that the flow is pointing in the left and right direction at a horizontal flow.
Colors are great, text not as much but its not bad.
Nice job overall.

I like this a lot your best yet for sure. The scan lines are definetly killing it so i like version without alot.

I think you should change the text though. It's too fancy. Use a default font it will blend a lot better with your sig.
