There's no depth here. Effects are messy and creates no flow on your tag. Composition is messed up as well as the colors. Text could do some more work, and also your border. Not feeling this tag mate.

Tho for improvement, try lowering the contrast on the right, add depth by bluring the sides, sharpen your focal, use Gradient Maps, Color Balance, Photo filters to fix the colors here. Also try to blend your render with your bg more.
