Render looks stretched, the textdoesnt look right because you added a capital D,the background looks abit empty, the stars on his head dont look right,possible soft erase them out just on the balack area on the head, it looks great just on the white areas...
Although, ive seen your sigs in the past, so this is rather good for you ;)
Get reading some more tuts, and youll get alot better ;)

As for the sig, not a bad attempt but the render could be blended a bit better and maybe more colours?
Use gradient maps to add colour, if unsure of how to use them. Look at Daemon's timeshift tut or papas aeon flux.
Blending it done by smudging and/or erasing parts of the render. Again the tuts listed will help with that.
