Compositionally I think it would be better if you place the render and effects around him more towards the center. It would make the sig more visually appealing and allow the eye some breathing room.
The text needs a bit of work. I'm not feeling it. It;s a bit too spaced out for me, and though the Asdio is cleverly hidden in the BG, once i found it I'm more distracted than ever. I would suggest merging them all together as one so you don't have text bouncing all around the sig, keeping your eye moving from one to the next.
Next I would add a light source, it's a tad too dark..It would bring a new element to the sig that i don't think is there yet.
Maybe a black and white would look a bit more suiting?
Nice job on the BG and great job on the effects.
