what did you manip in that photo? just the tat? it looks pretty decent (looks like she just got it like 2 days ago). it's worth a look.

The eyes, lip, and skin is nice. But the only thing in my opinion that detracts from the pic is the tattoo. It doesn't fully form to the face, it kinda looks like you just stamped it on there. I would suggest try liquify with it or free transorm if you used photoshop for it. And maybe fade it a bit...anyway, just my two cents. Nice job otherwise!

I tried free transforimng it.. Size, distort, perspective... didnt manage to get it better.

Tone down the opacitiy to 75&#37; and change the blending option to Darken or the one fits better to image ;)
