I think you might need a bit more of a background. i see a lot of effects, but not a whole lot else. Usually to create backgrounds i smudge the render a bunch of times all around the sig, or i blur it all around the sig. I suggest you try it, it would help you with your backgrounds a lot.
I also recommend you try to limit the use of c4d's. It seems u used a lot of them and put the render in between. Which isn't bad but, you need something around it.
GFX is like anything else - you have to use things in moderation. In this case use moderation when using C4d's.
Work on your blending a bit, Clipping masks work well, smudging works well, overlapping things works great. It isn't hard once you get the hang of it, it comes naturally.
I think you should add a bit of text too. They key is to remember to use default fonts, use small sizes and keep the words minimal, like 3-4 words maximum is usually my idea of minimal.
Aside from that the sig is kind of empty so i don't have much else to critique lol. :P
However you did nicely in overlapping the C4D for blending good job on that.
