I don't know what to look for in the forum but I want to know how to make a certain effect.
I think it is a smudging effect but I still can't figure it out. I'm sure I've seen it several times but I only found one example for now.

It's the effect near the hand.
lolz np xD elramo i jsut don't know what effect ur talking bout the blending of the character into the bg or the effects on itself if your talking bout donald being like blendid into bg its done through smudging yeah pm if u want any more details or w/e

Okay, do you remember what brush you used?
not really... i normally use grunge smoke leaf to smudge though u should try different types and don't always stick to the same thats what i do it always gives u a neat outcome every time =P gl hope i am helping though >< xD
