steve-
thats the point. its meant to be a magical place where all of these exciting things you read about in books or in films come together as one. the tech style of things like star trek etc. the unicorn (it has a horn :P ) from mythical times and then the abstract brushing of a something that makes it even more weird.
its like a place thats not right and makes you feel a lill wierd

How do you make brushes? I understand how to do all the file work just not the actual brush part

file work? what are you talking about just go edit>define brush and it will save your image as a brush.
btw i see the horn now lol

steve-
you make the brush by doing what ever design you want for your bursh.
so like for my tech ones was just lots of lines and small text in blocks. use the select tool to get the bit you want for the actual brush and then edit define etc...
for grunge brushes use basically anything thats got alot of shades to it. it can really be anything. just saturate them and then save as a brush. some of the best brushes i downloaded were actually like little ninjas because they had lots of shading on the clothing.

gj man..I like it a lot..although I think some sorta robotic render would of looked a lot better...but still nice job..the unicorn would probably go better with a dreamy sorta abstract sig..or maybe grunge..you should post the link to your brushes..I wouldn't mind having them..that is if you don't mind :)
