I dont like this one. The effects are too much and cover the render too much. The text is bad too imo.

Try removing some of the effects.
the effects are crazy yes...tone it down a bit..
but the idea is great...
i like ur text..did u clipping mask it?
As said the effects are a bit to much, they are overdone and also they take to much focus away from the head because they are more sharp, try to tone the effects down and shapen the head getting some depth in there.
