I like them :). I can't figure out how to do the line like you have on the first one, I've tried the pen tool but it creates odd shapes and such, so I'm not sure if I'm just a noob or if I'm doing something wrong...
When I first saw the second one, I thought that the hood was like a light around him, but it becomes clear when one sees the red. It might be a little bit busy though, but it still fits very well. I like the first one's effects around his body and arms :) they're awesome.

The top one is okay. I like the minimalism of it. The off-white BG goes great with Lil' Wayne or whoevers clothes. GJ.
THe bottom one...Not so much XD. This is really hectic. There is text ALL Over the left side. NOt to mention there are soo many different colors. There are reds, greens, browns, yellows, blacks, blues. lol it just gets very hectic with sooooo much text and sooo many colors. If you delete the text on the left side of the sig it will be a lot better IMO.
Overall though not too bad.
